• Description: Gauntlet: The Third Encounter is a top-down dungeon crawler where players explore maze-like levels filled with monsters, traps, and treasure. Players choose different character classes and battle their way through dungeons while searching for the exit.

• Co-op: Up to four players can play together using the ComLynx cable. Each player needs their own Atari Lynx system and a copy of the game connected with ComLynx cables. Players explore the dungeons at the same time, fighting enemies, collecting treasure, and working together to survive each level.
