• Description - Deae Tonosama Appare Ichiban is a top-down action shooter in the style of Pocky & Rocky, set in a bizarre take on feudal Japan mixed with sci-fi and global settings. You play as one of two eccentric protagonists, each with different movement and attack styles, fighting through stages filled with enemies, mini-bosses, and large bosses. The game features standard shooting mechanics along with a dash for evasion, screen-clearing magic attacks, and a transformation system that allows characters to temporarily become powerful alternate forms. Levels include a mix of free movement and forced scrolling, along with occasional platforming sections. The game also includes branching stage selection and optional bonus stages.
• Co-op Experience - Two players can play simultaneously, each controlling one of the two characters. Both players move through the same stages together, combining attacks, using magic, and coordinating positioning during enemy waves and boss fights.
